Return policy
When you shop online on you have 30 days to return your purchase. You have 30 days full return from the day you receive or pick up your parcel.

Please return the item(s) unused in the same condition and with all original packaging, price labels etc. as when received. We reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value, which will usually accrue to €. 0 if we can’t resell.

You are of course welcome to try the item to estimate size, fit, etc. without affecting the value of the item.
The price for return label is:

• Denmark: 49 DKK
• Sweden: 79 SEK
• Norway: 199,95 NOK
• Germany: 6,95 EUR
• Netherlands: 9,95 EUR
• Belgium: 9,95 EUR
• Luxembourg: 9,95 EUR
• Finland: 30 EUR
• Other EU Countries: 30 EUR
And will be deducted the amount for the returned items.

How to return item(s)?
You have 3 options to return your items:

Option 1
1. Pack the item(s) that you want to return in the bag or box that you received it in.
2. Fill out the return note that was included in your delivery and put it in the bag/box
3. Go to and order an returnlabel for your package (Are you from Norway, order your returnlabel at Customerservice on
4. Print the return label and place it over the old one on the parcel
5. Deliver the parcel to the nearest GLS shop

Option 2
If you choose to use another shipping method you follow step 1 and 2 and send it to this address:

Please note: Send it with delivery on address – we do not accept packages send without delivery or COD (cost on delivery).
The costs for this return is paid by sender unless anything else is agreed with Customer Service

Option 3
The third option is to return the parcel physically at the office in Sønderborg at the address mentioned above.

A package that are not picked up at the parcelshop is returned to us after 7 days. This counts as a returnpackage and costs the price of a returnlabel. If you still want the products you need to place a new order.

If you want to exchange a product due to wrong size, colour etc. you return the product as described above in “Return Policy” and order the new one on the online shop.
