Ordering and payment
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT and other taxes.
The amount will first be deducted from your account once the item(s) leave(s) our warehouse.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt/order confirmation on your email address confirming receipt of your order. It also means that it is a binding purchase agreement, when that is received.

Immediately after the parcel is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with your parcels Track and Trace Number and afterwards your invoice.

Changes and annulment of the order
When the order has been processed it is not possible to cancel or modify the order.
If you regret your purchase, we kindly ask you to receive the parcel and follow the process for return.

Delivery

Shipping terms
We ship parcels with GLS. We use insured parcel service and you will receive the track & trace no. as soon as we ship your order.
Unless you have been informed otherwise, the usual time of delivery from the time of placing the order is:

  • Austria: 2-3 working days
  • Belgium: 2-3 working days
  • Czeck republic: 2-3 working days
  • France: 2-3 working days
  • Germany: 2-3 working days
  • Hungary: 3 working days
  • Ireland: 5 working days
  • Italy: 3-5 working days
  • Luxembourg: 2-3 working days
  • Netherlands: 2-3 working days
  • Norway: 2-5 working days
  • Poland: 2-3 working days
  • Portugal: 4-5 working days
  • Slovakia: 3 working days
  • Slovenia: 4 working days

Free delivery on all orders over 69,95 EUR (Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Poland, France, Spain, Austria, Luxembourg and Norway)
For Ireland, Italy, Czech, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia it is all orders over 125 EUR

If you would like to order from our website and are located outside the countries on this list, please contact our Customer service, then we can help you out.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.

Return policy
When you shop online on https://kompagniet1991.com/ you have 30 days to return your purchase. You have 30 days full return from the day you receive or pick up your parcel.

Please return the item(s) unused in the same condition and with all original packaging, price labels etc. as when received. We reserve the right to refund you a lesser amount than the original purchase value, which will usually accrue to €. 0 if we can’t resell.

You are of course welcome to try the item to estimate size, fit, etc. without affecting the value of the item.

How to return item(s)?
You have 3 options to return your items:
Option 1
1. Pack the item(s) that you want to return in the bag or box that you received it in.
2. Fill out the return note that was included in your delivery and put it in the bag/box
3. Go to https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/kompagniet and order an returnlabel for your package (Are you from Norway, order your returnlabel at Customerservice on shop@komp1991.dk)
4. Print the return label and place it over the old one on the parcel
5. Deliver the parcel to the nearest GLS shop

Option 2
If you choose to use another shipping method you follow step 1 and 2 and send it to this address:

Please note: Send it with delivery on address – we do not accept packages send without delivery or COD (cost on delivery).
The costs for this return is paid by sender unless anything else is agreed with Customer Service

Option 3
The third option is to return the parcel physically at the office in Sønderborg at the address mentioned above.
A package that are not picked up at the parcelshop is returned to us after 7 days. This counts as a returnpackage and costs the price of a returnlabel. If you still want the products you need to place a new order.

How to exchange item(s)?
If you want to exchange a product due to wrong size, colour etc. you return the product as described above in “Return Policy” and order the new one on the online shop.

Refunds
The amount is always transferred to the same credit card as used for the purchase. 


Complaints

All products purchased on https://kompagniet1991.com/ are covered by twenty-four months of complaint if the complaint is justified and consequently not due to improper use of the product or other damaging behavior. A complaint must always be made within "reasonable time" after the defect or damage has been discovered, which will usually be within a two month period after the complaint has been discovered.
Approved claims will, in cases where possible, be exchanged or otherwise a refund of the purchase price will be made. Repayments are credited to the payment card you used to complete the order.

Personal information
We do not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. In connection that you place an order on shop.komp1991.dk you agree that we must pass selected information to GLS to deliver your parcel as this information helps us to provide the best possible service for you.
The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see. Bookkeeping Act §10.
